Fee Options for Avancept Clients

Avancept is pleased to provide services to its clients on these terms.  Please identify
the preferred service term at the beginning of each engagement.

1.     Project Fixed Fee:
    ◊        Projects may be performed for a negotiated fee in advance of project initiation.
                  Each agreement will have different terms and conditions.
    ◊        50% of project fee in advance, absent agreement otherwise.
    ◊        Payment due 21 business days from invoice.

2.     Hourly Charged Services:
    ◊        Projects may be performed on an hourly rate basis, although we prefer to
               operate on either a project-fixed-fee, revenue-share, or costs-saved basis.
    ◊        Please note hourly rates for Avancept AB are approximately 15% higher than
               hourly rates for work performed by Avancept LLC due to increased costs.
    ◊        Payment due 21 business days from invoice.
    ◊        50% of project fee in advance, absent agreement otherwise
    ◊        Includes 0.5 hour of free pre-task consulting.

3.     Revenue Sharing & Costs Saved:
    ◊       Projects may be performed on a revenue sharing and/or costs saved basis.
     Each agreement will have different terms and conditions.
